Become a Friend of the Fastnet Short Film Festival

May 2010 will see the second Fastnet Short Film Festival taking place in Schull, West Cork. The aim of the festival is to bring together established and future film-makers and provide a forum to celebrate the short film genre.. We plan four days of screenings, workshops, seminars and social events, leading up to a Gala Event and Award Winner’s ceremony at the Harbour View Hotel in Schull. This will welcome an annual event, and our ambition is to build this festival into an occasion recognized by the international film industry, and to identify and encourage the film-makers of the future.

There are different categories of sponsorship:

Friends of the Festival

Contribution: 50 euro Will receive a copy of the programme by post, will be invited to the opening Cocktail Party. You also be able to take advantage of the priority bookings for screenings and the gala night. You will also receive advanced information on all fund raising events to be held over the next 6 months. Your name will appear in the Festival programme as a Founder Friend, and you will receive the Friends newsletter by email.

Corporate Friends

Contribution: 250 euro Will receive a copy of the programme by post, will be invited to the opening Cocktail Party. Will be able to take advantage of the priority bookings for all screenings. Will receive advanced information on all fund raising events to be held over the next 6 months. The company name will appear in the Festival programme as a Corporate friend, you will have the opportunity to advertise on the programme at a preferential rate.and you will receive the Friends newsletter by email.

Corporate Sponsors

Contribution: 2000 euro plus Will receive a copy of the programme by post, will be invited to the opening Cocktail Party. You be able to take advantage of the priority bookings for all screenings. You will receive advanced information on all fund raising events to be held over the next 6 months. Your company name will appear in the Festival programme as a Corporate friend, you will have the opportunity to advertise on the programme at for free. and you will receive the Friends newsletter by email. Contribution: €2000 plus. For an extra 500 euro you can sponsor a prize and give it a name of your choice.
