David Puttnam
Full name, David Terence Puttnam; born February 25, 1941, in Southgate, England; son of Leonard Arthur (a photographer) and Marie Beatrix (a homemaker) Puttnam; married Patricia Mary Jones, 1961; children: Sasha, Debbie.
